Reliable Store (Pvt) Limited believe in and practice fair-play. We will, therefore, consider case by case basis on the requests for exchange or return and refund in provisions to the terms and conditions detailed below.
It is the duty of the customer to read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions before making any order.
1. Exchange or return of a purchased item is acceptable only if the purchased
(i) item is not used or damaged and or broken,
(ii) item is free from any defect or default other than manufacturer’s default,
(iii) item is not modified from the original condition,
(iv) item is not attempted with any dismantling or repair,
(v) and or the item package is not torn or damaged or broken.
2. Request for exchange or return is considered within seven (07) days from the date of delivery or issue or pickup.
(i) An intimation of exchange or return must be sent to us within three (03) days from the date of delivery or issue or pickup by an email or a MMS or a WhatsApp. The contact details are provided in the contacts published herein.
(ii) The item must be produced physically to our showroom location mentioned on the sales order within seven (07) days from the date of pickup or issue or delivery.
3. Request for exchange to the same purchased item (bearing the same SKU) is considered, only if
(i) the reason for exchange is justified clearly and
(ii) the item (bearing the same SKU) is available in physical quantity for replacement.
4. Request for exchange to any other item/s (bearing different SKU) is considered, only if
(i) the purchased item (bearing the same SKU), is not available in physical quantity as being the first condition,
(ii) the value of the replacement item/s must be equal or in excessive to the value/s of item/s for exchange.
5. Any request for exchange or return and refund is considered case by case basis and the Company reserve the right to decide on the request.
6. The procedure to exchange or return of a faulty or incorrect item is as detail below:
(i) Check all the item/s for any damage, defect, or incorrectly delivered item/s immediately upon receipt.
(ii) Take a video of the damaged or faulty part of the item if there is any immediately upon receipt of delivery of the item/s.
(iii) Email to services@jinggles.com or WhatsApp to 0773856769 on the same day of the receipt of the item, as notice of intimation of return.
(iv) Produce the item to the showroom physically with supporting details of the notice of return, within seven (07) days from the date of delivery or issue or pickup.
(v) If the customer wants to exchange item/s or to collect return item/s from the delivered address, the Company reserve the right to decide in providing such service and at an additional cost that will be duly notified and be paid for prior to providing such service.
(vi) Follow the instructions and procedures as guided by our staff who attend to your complaint.
7. The options to claim refund provided the above terms and conditions are satisfied, are as detailed below:
(i) Choose and order any other item/s of interest to utilize the credit amount of refund.
(ii) Provide bank account details of the original buyer to get the refund amount transferred from the Company’s bank account.
(iii) If the purchase is made from a credit card, the Company will debit the refund to the credit card account.
(iv) The refund will not be issued or settled by currency notes.
