Terms and Conditions for E-Partner Program
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of individuals (“E-Partners”) who voluntarily join the E-Partner Program of www.jinggles.com (“the Company”). By signing up, you agree to all conditions stated below, along with all general policies published on our online store.
1. Eligibility

3. Discount Coupon & Base Commission
3.1. Each E-Partner will receive a unique discount coupon code.
3.2. This coupon guarantees a 10% discount on all orders placed using the code.
3.3. The E-Partner purchases at the discounted rate and may resell the items at prices they choose.
3.4. The resale price and profit margin beyond the Company discount are solely at the discretion of the E-Partner.
4. Additional Monthly Commission (Performance-Based)
4.1. Monthly performance is calculated based on the total paid order value generated using the E-Partner’s coupon code.
4.2. Standard discount coupon commission structure:
10% – Guaranteed on all orders through the coupon.
15% total commission (inclusive of discount coupon code 10%) – When monthly orders reach LKR 100,001 to LKR 500,000.
20% total commission (inclusive of discount coupon code 10%) – When monthly orders exceed LKR 500,000.
4.3. Additional commissions (i.e., amounts beyond the initial 10% discount) will be paid the following month after verifying all completed and fully paid orders.4.4. Commission is paid only for successfully delivered, non-cancelled, and non-refunded orders.
5. Payments & Settlements
5.1. Discounts are applied instantly at checkout through the E-Partner’s coupon code.
5.2. Monthly additional commission, if applicable, will be settled via bank transfer or any agreed payment method.
5.3. E-Partners must provide accurate payment details. Delays caused by incorrect information are not the Company’s responsibility.
6. Marketing Conduct
6.1. E-Partners may use product images and details from the Company’s website for the sole purpose of promotion.
6.2. Any misleading, offensive, or non-compliant advertising is prohibited.

7. Customer Management

8. Termination
